• Glen Koppelman moved that the Nov 3rd, minutes be accepted with George Acris seconding the motion.
• Winnies Club Treasurer Carol Boyles reported that we have a balance of $758.97 in our treasury account compared to last year’s report of $671.13. She reminded members that the $10.00 dues for this year need to be paid. Coke Helstetter seconded the motion that we accept the Treasurer’s report.
• The upcoming campout schedule was discussed and opportunities were given to members to sign up for the open dates. The RSVP’s for the May 20-22 campout at the Mount Rushmore/Hill City KOA need to be given to the Howards and Helmstetters ASAP. Coke Helmstetter suggested that we make our annual ay campouts in this campground. There was no vote on this.
• The Dakota RV Open House is scheduled 9-11 June 2011. We should be available to help answer questions about our experiences with Winnebago products. Our group felt that it should involve only parts of the days for the volunteers and that during this time we also have a campout and meeting. Helmestetters will check out the campground possibilities.
• President John Howard read an e-mail from the Joys concerning the Grand National Rally (GNR). Both state clubs will prepare for SD’s ‘float’—an outhouse on a golf cart. Connie Howard and Coke Helmstetter will work on ideas to use for the Hillbilly themed dress. Since it is our club’s turn to provide the food, we’ll prepare sloppy Jo’s made from buffalo meat. Artie Koppelman will chair this committee while President John Howard will ask Dakota RV if they could cover some of the costs.
• After a discussion about where we had spent the winter and about future travel plans, the meeting was adjourned when Lee Boyles moved to close the meeting and Bucky
